Now you are suppose to properly break these in by wearing them periodically over time. I took the fast track to breaking them in and took a couple hot showers while wearing them to speed up the process. The hot water trick basically which is not recommended. I only did this because it was really uncomfortable in the tight toe box. However, now the boots are completely broken in and have taken the shape of my foot. It's not the same pingy sensation you get from Teijin synthetic Vapors of the past. The Flyknit has more of a cushioned padded sensation for the touch. It does remind me of the Superfly 5 and how those felt.
